Kigelia Africana (also known as Sausage Tree, Worsboom in Afrikaans, Modukghulu, Pidiso in North Sotho, umVongotsi in Siswati; Mpfungurhu in Tsonga, and Muvevha in Venda.

Because the fruit is shaped in the form of the male penis, pursuant to the herbal doctrine of signatures, it's properties are believed to be helpful for the male genitalia, especially for naturally increasing the growth and length of the penis (taken consistently or religiously) over time, 3-6 months (to notice significant change), according to traditional usage in Africa.

In men, Kigelia Africana is reputed to be aphrodisiacal and certain tribal men believed it to help their genitalia development and growth.
