Aframomum (also known as Alligator Pepper, Ataare, Grains of Pardise, and Melegueta Pepper) is an African spice with with a similar composition to Ginger. It is traditionally used in Africa as a pro-ejaculant for men and believed by the men to help increase their sperm count. The herb may be helpful for general sexual disorders in both genders.
