We source our herbs from reputable herbal sellers all over the globe, mostly from Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia. As we pride ourselves on using mostly African herbs in our formulations (and also selling them separately or individually), our African seller is a leading exporter of Southern African medicinal herbs. Our seller is rooted in African ethnopharmacology. They are experts in traditional medicinal knowledge and their team maintain strong ties with local plant users. How Do We Know We Can Trust These Herbs To Be Authentic/Real? Where's the proof?

All of our herbal ingredients come with Certificate of Analysis (COA). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document that communicates the results of a scientific test done on a product such as food or drugs. The COA also lists the chemicals used in the product's manufacturing and testing and is created to ensure all important regulations are met and complied with. Preferably, you want to take herbs (formulas or individual herbs) separately -- spaced out by at least 2-3 hours throughout the day. However, if one is pressed for time, several different herbs and/or formulas can be taken at the same time.

ManDyngo's Nitric Oxide Booster

ManDyngo's Nitric Oxide Booster is specially formulated to boost nitric oxide formation and function in the body.

Nitric Oxide (N.O.) acts both as a neurotransmitter in penile nerve fibers and as a vasodilator of smooth muscle cells of the penile arteries, as well as blood sinusoids, and the trabeculae, the internal surface of the fibrous envelope of the corpus cavernosum. The corpus cavernosum is one of a pair of sponge-like regions of erectile tissue which contains most of the blood in the penis during penile erection.

Nitric Oxide Booster is essential to penile erection because it creates cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP), a cyclic nucleotide which acts as a second messenger causing penile smooth muscle relaxation. Erection occurs when the small blood vessels known as sinusoids are engorged with blood, thereby compressing the emissary veins to closure, and thus trapping blood within the penis. The erection eventually subsides when cGMP has been hydrolyzed to inactive GMP by PDE-5.
